From the private, rural setting to the rustic decor, you'll feel as though you've traveled back to simpler times. It's unique, refreshing and oh-so tranquil. Refurbished historic apartment in downtown Dubuque with a private entrance and off-street parking is included. Located within steps of all the best downtown restaurants, breweries, bars, and shops. Great coffee shops within a few blocks. It is an easy walk to all the best places in Dubuque. We are 1.0 mile to the Diamond Jo Casino. 2.0 miles to the Q Casino. 5 blocks to Five Flags Event Center. Please note that there are five steps to access this apartment. Low cleaning fee and NO CHORE LIST!

Open floor plan, a carpeted bedroom with KING bed, a full-size memory foam sleeper sofa, a living room, mini-kitchen, laundry and bath. The mini-kitchen has a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, crock pot, toaster, table/chairs. The desk, with woods view, is a perfect place to reflect, read, and write. Many extras. Snacks. Quiet residential area of Dubuque. I live upstairs with my dog.

Relax and enjoy time together at Creekside. The cottage is a picturesque spot for one or two guests or for groups up to 6. Extra guest charge is $20 per person after 2. Located on our farm only 15 minutes from downtown Dubuque and the Mississippi Riverfront. Explore the woods, fields, and creek on our farm. Visit the animals. A short drive to Mines of Spain, EB Lyons Nature Center, Eagle Point Park, Galena, Bellevue, Chestnut and Sundown ski areas, two monasteries, craft breweries, wineries.

Fully stocked cabin, with breakfast items included for you to enjoy at your leisure.
