Birdwatchers Retreat in Cley: annexe for one guest

Enjoy a relaxing stay half a mile from Cley Marshes (Norfolk Wildlife Trust) visitor centre and a mile from the sea. It is an ideal location for bird watchers, walkers and cyclists. This warm and comfortable well presented modern refurbished small annexe (one guest only) benefits from en-suite shower room, independent access, outside seating area/patio and secure parking on site. Situated in rural Norfolk the location is ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers or those wishing to explore the Norfolk coast and the abundance of stately homes in the area including Sandringham.

Situated on the outskirts of the historic village of castle rising, 5 miles from Sandringham, this idyllic peaceful cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a pleasant retreat. The cottage is double glazed, with a fully functioning kitchen. There is a small garden with plenty of space for your fur baby to exercise. Nearby in the village is a friendly pub serving meals throughout the day and a delightful coffee and cake shop.

Stunning location set on a conservation area, surrounded by beautiful gardens and trees. To the front of our picturesque period cottage is a peaceful common & large pond. We have many different types of wildlife around us, such as deer, hares, baby Leveretts in the spring & a resident barn owl and lots of birds. The Annex has just been fully renovated to a high standard. Its in a peaceful country setting but only 25 mins from the nearest beaches & 10 mins to the closest town.

Or simply enjoy the local walks and country pubs! One Small, well behaved dog welcome. Please don’t allow your dog on the bed!
