Il nome dice che è tutto. La casa si trova di fronte al corpo dell'oceano. 3 miglia di sabbia da spiaggia per raggiungere a piedi. A pochi chilometri da una cascata, in barca con la famosa grotta di Sohoton, Bucas Grande. Island hopping è sempre pronto. Fodera con zip, bici in filo metallico con accesso a un ponte sospeso nella città di Bacuag. Le persone sono molto amichevoli e sinceramente disponibili.
