A water front house set on 2 acres of land fully surrounded by security wall. Direct access to water front beach. Indoor shower and toilet and unique outdoor shower at the beach. AC in main bedroom and living room. Minutes away from town of Tha Sala for convenient modern shopping (Tesco Lotus) and local markets. Thirty minutes to Nakhon Si Thammarat and major shopping outlets. Forty minutes to ferry to Koh Samui. Twenty minutes to Nakhon Si Thammarat airport and car rentals.

This is our family holiday house in Khanom but we also open for holiday makers. This house is ideal for a group of friends or family who want private rooms and big common space. The area is very quiet as it is not on the main road, yet easy access to local beach bar and restaurant. It takes 30 seconds walk to Sandy Bar. Guests can use beach facility at Sandy bar free of charge. The beach is clean, beautiful well kept. We share the same entrance to Leeloo Cabana Bungalow.
