La casa è comodamente situata nel villaggio di Koh Samed. A 5 minuti a piedi dal molo Nadan, a 10 minuti a piedi dalla spiaggia di Saikaew. Ci sono diversi piccoli negozi, ristoranti e bar nelle vicinanze. La casa ha anche una cucina completamente attrezzata e una lavatrice per fare il bucato.
