Questo cottage compatto e confortevole si trova sulle rive di un piccolo lungomare a Kuiaru, nella contea di Pärnu, vicino alla strada Pärnu-Rakvere-Sõmeru. La linea della città di Pärnu è raggiungibile in 15 minuti di auto. La casa si trova nella stessa proprietà della nostra casa di famiglia, ma è comunque privata e comodamente accessibile. I negozi di alimentari e la stazione di servizio più vicini si trovano a Selja (4 minuti) e Sindi (9 minuti).
