Il terreno è affittato per la caccia, ma non si caccia nel boschetto delle noci pecan.

Quando abbiamo deciso di ristrutturare questo loft nel 2021, sapevamo di voler rimanere fedeli alle sue origini riutilizzando tutte le porte originali e la maggior parte delle finiture. This unique and memorable place was hand built by family that resided there. It has been a functioning family farm since 1936. We are proud to keep it going & are happy to show others. The granary is operable to this day. It holds seed wheat for my family farm, Boedeker Farms, where I work. Our family currently farms close to 4,000 acres, which includes 3 of the 4 sections at our location. We also have 250 pairs that we care for.
