Everything has been updated except for the old workhorse stove and fridge that fit perfectly in their places. Enjoy the yard, patio, grill and your own porch that overlooks the back yard. Centrally located. Easy access to the beach, bluffs, campus, grocery store, I90, downtown and our favorite neighborhood bar.

The unit is clean and modern. You'll have privacy when you come and go since the entrance is just up the stairs from your reserved parking stall behind the house.
Week day guests might like to know that there is road construction just south of the property. They get started early.

We invite you to stay in our beautiful home, built in 1888. This upstairs apartment is all for you. Nestled in the ❤️ heart of the city, we offer self check-in and a private entrance. A 10-15 minute walk and you're downtown and by the river. Many restaurants, pubs, parks, and shops to explore. Also only 3 blocks to Mayo, and 2 more to Viterbo. Enjoy coffee or a drink on the front porch when the weather is nice. We're on site to assist you in any way!
