Beautiful and bright newly renovated studio located on a unique ¾ acre property near the U of A. This tiny (220 sq. feet) and charming cottage was originally the water-pump house (in the 1940’s). Concrete tile floors, brick walls, shade trees and yard art add to the charm of this quiet get away. The cottage has a walk in shower and a kitchen area consisting of a fridge and microwave and is set up to allow you plenty of privacy. a primitive campsite located 21 miles from Terlingua Less than 30 miles to national park entrance 360 views of mountains. 5 star sunrises & sunsets Moon/star gazing fire pit & bathroom screens & 3 campsites IG @howlingmoonTerlingua 12 miles down Terlingua ranch road there are pay only showers & laundromat. Pool available for $5. Keep in mind: Weather may impact road conditions although a 4WD is not required to get to this site. Take it easy on the road once it’s not paved.

A Piece of Paradise in Baja on a sailboat!!

Enjoy a peaceful and relaxing stay on my sailboat "Delirio" ( 28 ft) anchored in secluded Bahia Concepción. The ocean waves will rock you to sleep while you enjoy the beautiful night sky. The morning sun will wake you up just in time, if you are lucky, to catch a glimpse of the curious dolphins swimming by the bay. It truly is an experience like no other! But if you’re less adventurous, ask me for options.
