La nostra struttura sul lato pubblico offre la parte migliore del lago e un varo in barca per raggiungere i migliori punti di pesca e ristoranti sul lungomare in pochi minuti.

Il piano inferiore privato ospita 2 camere da letto con 2 letti matrimoniali, 2 bagni, cucina completa e sala giochi. La sala giochi dispone di Billard's, biliard, ping pong, flipper, golf Putt Putt e lancio di pouf (cornhole). La Boat House dispone di 4 sedie a sdraio e kayak e tavole da SUP gratuiti. Lega la tua barca fino al molo o al noleggio di barche. La pesca è libera dalla rimessa delle barche. Dall'altra parte della strada c'è The Boardwalk, che è Tims Restraunt & Crabhouse & Bar, Moo Thru Ice Cream, Delli e Miniature Golf.
