A szállás 4 fő befogadására alkalmas, amerikai konyhás, légkondicionálóval felszerelt. Kiváló elhelyezkedésű, Budapesttől autópályán kb. 50 perc alatt elérhető, közvetlenül a Balaton körüli kerékpár út mellett található. Ha vonattal jönnétek, akkor se aggódjatok, a vasútállomástól gyalog nagyjából 5 perc alatt már itt is vagytok.

Our guesthouse offers a cozy atmosphere with 8 rooms, accommodating 16 adults and 6 children. Each room has its own private bathroom. The house features a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and a shared dining-living area, along with a panorama terrace of Balaton. In the garden, there are facilities for grilling, cooking, and dining. Our hot tub, suitable for 8+ people, is available year-round. The beach is a 5-minute walk away, and the city center is 3 km from the property.

A háztól mindössze 100m-re van a Balaton! A Szárcsa utcában található egy saját palló, amit az utcában lévő másik 4 ház használ, ezen keresztül lehet megközelíteni a vizet. Maga az utca zsákutca, így nincs átmenő forgalom, csendes, békés. A szabadstrand is 5-7 percre van gyalog, így kényelmesen megközelíthető bármikor. Bevásárlási lehetőség (Aldi) 10 perc sétával közelíthető meg. A Házikó kényelmes 6+2 fő számára: 2 háló+ 1 ajtóval elszeparálható nappali.
