C'è un letto queen-size e un letto matrimoniale. Include il molo e l'accesso alla barca (porto turistico e rampa per barche a pochi minuti). Ottimo per nuotare, pescare e andare in kayak (2 kayak inclusi). Rilassante schermato sul portico anteriore con vista sul lago con altalena e sedie a dondolo. Terrazza aggiuntiva, focolare e barbecue, perfetti per cenare all'aperto con splendidi tramonti.
