This cozy cottage is located in a small waterfront community. It sits on a large 1 acre fenced lot which makes it safe for young children and dogs. There is water access across the road for launching the water toys provided (canoe and kayaks). Relax in the hammock that sits next to the fire pit, or have a BBQ on the large deck off the back of the house. Come the evening on chilly nights, sit and watch a movie infront of the wood stove. Snowmobile trails are a short drive away or ice fish.

This is an fully furnished basement apartment Quiet neighborhood close to bus stop, shopping and restaurants. Ten minute drive to Oshawa Center and downtown Oshawa. Reserve parking in driveway on left side. Breakfast ingredients are included; Eggs, Bacon, Cereal ,Toast, Coffee , Tea and etc. Our guests can rest assured that the bedding is washed and changed with each and every new guest, and for those who stay for a week or more , bedding is changed every five days or upon request.

Get away to the lake in this charming basement walkout guest suite. Enjoy the stunning sunsets from the living room, the bedroom (queen bed), or on the private patio. 40 steps downhill will bring you to the lake. Please be aware that the natural slope makes this unsuitable for those with mobility issues. The suite doesn't feature a kitchen, but, Port Perry is only 8 mins away and offers numerous local culinary options. Waterfront and backyard are shared with the property owners.
