Questa casa al contrario dispone di una camera da letto al piano principale, insieme a un bagno completo, una cucina a vista, una sala da pranzo e un soggiorno. Al piano inferiore sono presenti un altro soggiorno, due camere da letto, una lavanderia e un bagno completo. Goditi il tempo in famiglia nell'open space al piano superiore con vista sull'acqua, o ritirati nel soggiorno al piano inferiore per un po' di separazione, tranquillità o spazio di lavoro.

La posizione è privata, ma è vicino alle 3 città più grandi di Martha's Vineyard. Ideale per coppie, famiglie (con bambini) e grandi gruppi. Raggiungi la città a soli 10 minuti a piedi (o 1 minuto in auto) dal traghetto Chappaquiddick e raggiungi il centro di Edgartown in 15 minuti o meno!
