Ti diamo il benvenuto nella storica zona di Perth. Ti auguriamo un piacevole soggiorno nel nostro ambiente rurale, vicino ai servizi ma circondato dai suoni della campagna. La nostra casa ha tutti i comfort di una casa con splendide viste aperte visibili da ogni finestra. Questa proprietà fu ceduta alla famiglia Motherwell dopo la guerra del 1812, e rimase a suo nome per 100 anni. L'interno della casa è stato completamente ristrutturato, mentre alcuni progetti esterni sono ancora in corso. L'HST è inclusa nel prezzo.

The entire front of the house is windows, looking out at the river and boasts a very well appointed kitchen, sauna and hot tub. This is a perfect getaway for up to 6 people. In the summer you can fish and swim right off the end of the dock on the property. In the winter go from the fire pit to the sauna to the hot tub and if you’re really brave, cold plunge in the river! A true spa-like feel.

Welcome to Clyde Lane Retreat. This charming 3 bedroom cottage is the perfect spot to recharge and relax. Conveniently located 25 minutes from Perth and 25 minutes from Calabogie. The cottage features a one of a kind wood fired sauna and hot tub which is enclosed in a building. The river is 10 feet deep in front of the cottage and weed free perfect for swimming, fishing and canoeing. You can go for kilometres in several different directions on the river.
