Uno spazio per ritirarti e stare.  Abbiamo una nuova baita in cedro che potrebbe fare al caso tuo.  Si trova su un laghetto su 15 ettari.  Ci sono sentieri battuti e molte altre opportunità escursionistiche raggiungibili in 10 minuti in auto.   La baita è completamente isolata, con camino e stufa a propano per le belle serate e un barbecue a gas pronto per l'uso.  . 40 minuti a ovest di Kanata, ON nelle Lanark Highlands, 20 km a ovest di Almonte. La Gate House è un edificio in legno di 150 anni ristrutturato con 2 letti singoli, riscaldamento a pavimento, bagno con doccia e angolo cottura con piastra riscaldante, forno tostapane, macchina per il caffè, piccolo frigorifero e forno a microonde, zona pranzo e salotto. Abbiamo anche la Doll House, che dispone di un letto matrimoniale, bagno e doccia calda esterna, per 95 $ a notte; è riscaldata e climatizzata. Guarda l'altro mio annuncio. Goditi la fattoria!

Ti diamo il benvenuto nella storica zona di Perth. Ti auguriamo un piacevole soggiorno nel nostro ambiente rurale, vicino ai servizi ma circondato dai suoni della campagna. La nostra casa ha tutti i comfort di una casa con splendide viste aperte visibili da ogni finestra. Questa proprietà fu ceduta alla famiglia Motherwell dopo la guerra del 1812, e rimase a suo nome per 100 anni. L'interno della casa è stato completamente ristrutturato, mentre alcuni progetti esterni sono ancora in corso. L'HST è inclusa nel prezzo.

Welcome to Clyde Lane Retreat. This charming 3 bedroom cottage is the perfect spot to recharge and relax. Conveniently located 25 minutes from Perth and 25 minutes from Calabogie. The cottage features a one of a kind wood fired sauna and hot tub which is enclosed in a building. The river is 10 feet deep in front of the cottage and weed free perfect for swimming, fishing and canoeing. You can go for kilometres in several different directions on the river.
