Questa casa con 4 camere da letto ha una suite padronale al primo piano con bagno privato e 3 letti e un bagno al piano superiore. L'ampio soggiorno dispone di 2 divani letto, lavatrice/asciugatrice, TV enorme e spazio di lavoro. Cucina con nuovi elettrodomestici; tutte le camere da letto hanno nuovi televisori, nuovi letti e nuovi frigoriferi. Ampio parcheggio gratuito illuminato sul retro per oltre 8 veicoli. L'intera casa è stata ristrutturata e arredata nell'autunno/inverno del 2021

Fai un'escursione nelle Hocking Hills, visita i siti storici vicini, quindi rilassati e ringiovanisci nella baita. Rushville è elencata nel Registro Nazionale dei Luoghi Storici. Presentato nella rivista Fine Home Building del 1991, il Kennedy Cabin è costruito con il 90% di materiali locali recuperati. Nota: questo alloggio è vietato fumare, non è consentito fumare.
