Questo splendido alloggio su misura è dotato di un'area esterna privata, perfetta per una grigliata serale dopo una rilassante e rigenerante visita alla spa. Situato sulla costa centro-meridionale, è lo spazio perfetto per una coppia che desidera esplorare la Cornovaglia. Nessun dettaglio è stato trascurato per creare l'ambiente ideale per le vacanze, a cui si accede da una dozzina di gradini situati dietro cancelli privati accanto alla casa principale.

Bellissimo cottage sul mare, con giardino recintato sul retro, che accoglie cani e offre una vista mozzafiato sul mare e sul porto, in uno dei villaggi costieri più pittoreschi della contea e del porto di Charlestown. A pochi passi da incantevoli ristoranti, pub e caffetterie. Il No. 3 è un cottage di 270 anni, a 200 metri dalla spiaggia e dal grazioso porto Siediti sulla panchina all'esterno e osserva il mondo che ti passa davanti, o fai una passeggiata lungo la costa. Charlestown è un incantevole villaggio sul mare, con un pittoresco porto e una spiaggia

Monolocale in campagna con patio privato

Il monolocale è uno spazio splendidamente arredato, luminoso e arioso, all'interno del nostro alloggio. Con viste mozzafiato sulla campagna circostante. Si trova a circa 3 km da St Austell e a breve distanza dalle spiagge, dal progetto Eden, dai giardini Heligan, da Charlestown e da incantevoli passeggiate in campagna. A causa del Covid 19, ho messo in atto un regime di pulizia precauzionale aggiuntivo per la tua sicurezza, tra cui l'uso della lampada disinfettante UV che verrà utilizzata tra una visita degli ospiti e l'altra.

Brecombe Barn

Brecombe Barn è un comodo fienile in pietra della Cornovaglia con due camere da letto, nascosto in una posizione rurale e tranquilla vicino alla città mercato di St. Austell. Brecombe Barn si trova a breve distanza in auto dalla costa settentrionale e meridionale e dalle principali attrazioni turistiche inclusi The Lost Gardens of Heligan,The Eden Project e Charlestown. Brecombe Barn si trova vicino ai proprietari e ha un accesso privato, un parcheggio privato e un giardino, non è trascurato e ha una vista sui campi circostanti.

The South West Coast Path is right on your doorstep and St Mawes, Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Caerhays etc are all nearby. Alternatively decide to just relax, pour yourself a glass of wine and let the world turn a little!

A much loved family home, previously a clay worker's cottage. On a residential road with a 20 mph speed limit. It has it's quirks but is ideal for a home from home. Centrally located on the outskirts of St Austell, the cottage is affordably priced and I believe good value for money. Lanjeth is a rural hamlet within easy distance of The Eden Project, Heligan Gardens, beaches in St Austell or Newquay. Within walking distance is Lanjeth Water Gardens which is a great place to explore.
