Una bella casa antica in condizioni meravigliose. La struttura si trova sul Grand River, nella zona di nuova concezione di Reo Town. La struttura offre accesso al Lansing River Trail e al Moores River Park. A 10 minuti da East Lansing e dal campus della MSU. TV via cavo completa con tutti i canali cinematografici nella stanza principale. Il percorso fluviale ti porterà al campus in bicicletta in 20 minuti. GLI ANIMALI SONO I BENVENUTI, ho un letto matrimoniale in più e un letto singolo nel seminterrato. Non è elegante ma pulito, con un piccolo bagno.

Your kitchen has everything you need to make a nice meal. 2 miles to MSU, 20 min to Sparrow/Capitol, 10 min to Lake Lansing. The backyard is absolutely breathtaking with a swimming pool and outdoor seating for you to enjoy. Dining options, the best groceries, and public transportation are all walking distance! We live upstairs with our cairn terrier and cat and will be sharing the yard with you.

This 1906 home has been nicely renovated by my husband and I. We remodeled the upstairs into a luxurious master bedroom suite with cathedral ceilings, jetted bathtub, and stone tiled shower with a large walk in closet with a washer and dryer inside. Fenced in backyard with easy access from kitchen backdoor for your pup.
