Styled with a Mediterranean influence, this comfortable, generously appointed apartment located directly on the sea front offers you the perfect space in which to enjoy your stay in Dubrovnik. The Azure Apartment is a brand new modern two bedroom apartment with terrace, balcony, and garden with breathtaking sea views. It consists of: - Combined living room/dining room - Well equipped kitchen Living room and kitchen both open out to a terrace, furnished with solid wood dining set. - Master bedroom with king size bed and ensuite bathroom with a tub - Bedroom with a queen size bed Both bedrooms open out to a beautiful green garden. - Second bathroom with a shower cabin. The bathroom was redone in 2020 and there is now a shower cabin for more comfort. The apartment can accommodate up to 4 guests with possibility of 1 extra guest using the sofa bed (130x210 cm) in the living area. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a new luxury residential building. Other amenities include: Outdoor dining set, sunlounger, kettle, toaster, blender, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and free parking in case you arrive by car. Baby cot and baby high chair on request. The neighborhood is one of Dubrovnik’s most popular areas, with beaches, seaside promenades, shops, restaurants and cafés. Old town is 4 km away and the nearest public bus stop is 50 m away from the apartment. Studio "You & Me" is cute and comfortable studio for two, located in Dubrovnik, Lapad area, only 1 min away by foot from Lapad promenade and couple of minutes by foot from popular Sunset beach Lapad. Secured and free parking in our yard. Fast WIFI. Many bars and restaurants in the area. Also, we are 10 minutes away from the Old town BY BUS (about 3.5km far). The bus stop, supermarket, open green market are all in very short walking distance.

Dear guests, Cozy place V is located on Lapad Peninsula, just 3.5 km away from Old Town. Lapad is modern part of the city where most locals live. The nearest beach is 250 metres away. Promenade full of restaurants and bars is only 5 minutes away (by foot). It is very well connected with the Old Town. Bus runs every 10 minutes to the Old Town. The bus station is 200 meters away. The room is covered with strong free Wi-Fi.

Udoban apartman smješten u lijepom i mirnom okruženju poluotoka Dubrovnika Lapad.Apartman ima terasu i udaljen je 150 metara od mora i na minutu je udaljen od šetnice Uvala Lapad!Za dolazak do šetališta i plaže, morate proći oko 160 stepenica, u Dubrovniku je nažalost nemoguće izbijeći stepenice. U blizini je mnogih restorana, plaža, kafića i trgovina te je na 5 minuta udaljenosti od autobusne stanice za Stari grad.

Best View P&K Apartment is situated in one of Dubrovnik’s most desirable neighborhoods—Zlatni Potok—just a 15-minute walk from the Old Town and Banje Beach. The apartment offers breathtaking views of the City Walls and Lokrum Island. Please note that, due to the steep stairs in this residential area, the property may not be suitable for guests over 60 unless they are in good physical condition.
