Il tuo soggiorno include il piano superiore della nostra bella casa: 2 enormi camere da letto, 2 bagni, una zona pranzo e un balcone. (I tuoi host vivono al piano di sotto, quindi condividiamo un ingresso.) Nessun accesso alla cucina o alla lavanderia. Ospitiamo fino a 2 persone di età pari o superiore a 12 anni. Cottage accogliente e privato con una camera da letto (con bagno), gestito da una famiglia amorevole, alla mano e che non giudica. Il cottage misura 12' x 24' (totale di 288 piedi quadrati). Ambiente molto rilassato. Tariffa fissa di 50,00 $. AGGIORNAMENTO: la terrazza è ora racchiusa da vecchi vetri. Super accogliente. Dispone di un lavandino con acqua calda/fredda, una piastra elettrica, un grande forno tostapane e utensili. Ci sto ancora dando gli ultimi ritocchi, ma è disponibile per l'uso. Foto a breve.

Doe Mountain Cabin #1 Accesso diretto ai sentieri

Le nostre cabine appartate sono in cima a una montagna con accesso in proprietà al sentiero #15 dell'area ricreativa di Doe Mountain. Vicino ai Parchi Nazionali e Statali, Sci, Escursionismo, Lago Watauga, Boone e Blowing Rock, NC; Damasco e Abingdon, VA . Ci troviamo in una posizione centrale rispetto alle principali attrazioni, ma fai attenzione se le visite turistiche, le avventure o il divertimento in famiglia sono all'ordine del giorno. Una volta qui, non vorrai più andartene. Ideale per coppie, avventurieri solitari, viaggiatori d'affari, famiglie (con bambini).

La minicasa di Hoss

La minicasa si trova dietro un grande garage con un ampio parcheggio in ghiaia. È molto appartata e caratteristica, lontano dalla strada principale. Il parcheggio si trova dietro il portico posteriore della minicasa, dove potrai sederti e goderti pace e tranquillità. Siamo a 1,6 km dal Lago South Holston, a 3,2 km dal Creeper Trail, a 9,6 km da Main Street Abingdon, a 12,8 km dal centro di Bristol e a 16 km dal Bristol Speedway. Abbiamo animali da fattoria nei campi accanto alla minicasa, che sono molto amichevoli. Tutti gli animali della fattoria amano i visitatori.

Il Bungalow è una casa accogliente non proprio piccola, di 39 metri quadrati. Un edificio gotico ad arco 16x20 progettato e costruito dal proprietario. Oltre a una cucina completamente attrezzata, un bel bagno e confortevoli posti letto, troverai meravigliosi servizi all'esterno! Viste su montagne, pascoli e boschi. Rilassati su un'amaca o confida i tuoi segreti al cavallo Drifter. Spesso anche Mr Groundhog o la famiglia Deer verranno a trovarti. Il Bungalow at Grandpa's Mountain è un rifugio tranquillo.

ATV/RV/Boat parking next to cabin. Enjoy your morning coffee on the new back porch. Kitchen fully equipped. Queen bedroom and king floor mattress in loft. Hang out by the fire pit at night and take in the sunrise from the front porch swing.

Located less than 10 minutes drive to Damascus and the famous Virginia Creeper Trail! If you love hiking, three additional trails: Laurel Creek, Gentry Creek Falls, and the Appalachian trail are all within a few miles of our lovely home. Grayson Highlands State Park, Mt. Rogers Recreational Area, Backbone Rock, Abingdon VA, and Boone, NC all make easy day trips. *Note: the Creeper Trail from WhiteTop to Damascus was destroyed by hurricane Helen. The 2nd half, from Damascus to Abingdon is open.

Our place offers a big yard to enjoy along with a fire pit with firewood furnished. Cornhole and board games are also available. A nice sitting area on the covered back porch to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet.
