Questo splendido lotto in pendenza con una laguna semi-privata si trova in una delle località più ampie del fiume Tennessee/lago Wheeler. Più camere hanno una vista panoramica sul lago e ZERO sviluppo sull'acqua. La casa include un'enorme sala giochi, una zona giorno esterna coperta e una cucina spaziosa per accogliere TUTTI i cuochi! Le finestre rivolte a sud offrono una vista colorata all'alba e al tramonto. È ammesso un animale domestico

Siediti sul portico sul retro o addormentati sull'amaca. Troppi servizi, troppi da menzionare! Sali sulla tua barca direttamente dal nostro molo e gioca tutto il giorno sull'acqua e sul pesce fino a quando il tuo cuore non è soddisfatto. Gli animali domestici sono i benvenuti e c'è un supplemento una tantum di 50$ per gli animali domestici.

Walking access to the water for bank fishing and kayaking on a community trail. 1.5 miles from Lucy's Branch Marina, minutes from the Elk River boat ramps and Wheeler State Park. Plenty of parking in the driveway on the 1/2 acre lot for tournament fishermen. Plenty of grass for the pets and kids to play. Enjoy the views from the upper and lower decks . The river view and sunsets in the fall are Amazing!
