La terrazza sul retro ha una vasca idromassaggio, con una splendida vista maestosa sul fiume. Il fiume ha un forte flusso di marea (nessun uso del fiume da casa). Il supporto del fiume Hoquiam si svolge tra Chinook, chum e salmone di coho, testa d'acciaio e trote da corsa sul mare. a soli un paio di miglia di distanza dai ristoranti, negozi e negozi del centro storico di Hoquiam, a 20 minuti di auto dalla costa 45 minuti in auto dai sentieri escursionistici del lago Quinault South Shore Trailhead.

Le attività possono essere escursioni, gite di un giorno al Monte Rainier, al Monte Sant'Elena, alla Lewis and Clark National Forest e a molte altre aree naturali. Negozi outlet a Centralia.
