Spacious cottage on Lake Charlevoix that has been completely remodeled! The cottage shares a large, 1-acre property with a house that is listed separately. Both can be rented together. One bedroom with queen bed, sofa sleeper in the living room, kitchen, full bath, lake view, and covered deck overlooking 125' of shared Lake Charlevoix frontage. Shared dock. (Seasonal) and parking. Fire pit and grill (seasonal). One mile to downtown BC on a walkable bike trail and six miles to Boyne Mountain.

The Stone house is located on 345 feet of West Twin Lake! The main house has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms along with wall to wall windows with lake views. There is a sprawling living room with vaulted ceilings and fireplace and an impeccable master suit. There is an additional room over the garage with two queen beds and full bath AVAILABLE ONLY MAY15-OCTOBER 25. The exterior features real handpicked stone, spacious decking, and covered patio. Incredible views of six mile lake, and just a small drive into town for activities to do like beach access cozy home town restaurants and fun for families. Nearby snowmobile trails, so bring your sled!

This central air-conditioned lakefront ranch offers stunning views of Kassuba Lake. The home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The main bedroom has a king bed; the second bedroom has two twin-over-full bunk beds. The open-concept kitchen, living, and dining area is bathed in natural light thanks to large windows. There is a fully stocked kitchen. The living room has a 58" Smart TV, HDMI hookup, DVD player, and WiFi. This getaway is the perfect home base for your northern Michigan retreat.

There is an Elk festival at the end of September. Garland golf course is located just over 15 minutes away. Ostego ski resort is 25 minutes away.
