Piccola baita nel bosco

Piccolo chalet nel bosco circondato da terreni statali e federali, motoslitte, fuoristrada e piste ciclabili. A soli 30 minuti in auto dal bellissimo lago Michigan. La baita è riscaldata in inverno e dispone di aria condizionata in estate. La cucina ha piatti e una caffettiera per la prima tazza di caffè. La baita è rustica e si trova nei boschi, dove la natura la fa da padrona. I residenti locali sono cervi, orsi e scoiattoli. Nessun wifi (per ora), ma abbiamo due TV con canali locali. Focolare e griglia esterna.

This cedar cabin has comfortable amenities including a garage converted game room with wifi TV, spacious outdoor fire pit and large windows to take in the views and wildlife visitors. No pets

Cabin on 125 acres of woods. There is a lot of space with a full kitchen, main living area and a bonus room upstairs. We have a trail that takes you around the perimeter of the property, can be used for atvs, hiking, snowmobiling, snowshoeing, cross country skiing etc. Close to state land with many more miles of trails! There are plenty of small lakes around to fish. Pettibone lake is an all sports lake, with public access and within a mile from the cabin. Indoor pickleball court 4 miles away!

Built in 2023. Our A-Frame style home is located on thirty acres of maple, oak, pine & sassafras rising out of a blanket of ferns set in the Manistee National Forest. Over a mile of well maintained hiking trail winds through the woods. This peaceful setting is only a 20-minute drive to downtown Ludington & Lake Michigan. Hosting adults only, no children or pets permitted inside the A, which is designed by a couple to create a perpetually quiet and relaxing place for other couples and ourselves.
