Το "Sihna" είναι εμπνευσμένο από το έθιμο της γιορτής των Σίχνων που τελείται στο Λιτόχωρο ανήμερα των Θεοφανείων. Έχει τις ρίζες του στο Βυζάντιο και συνεχίζεται μέχρι σήμερα. Τα Σίχνα είναι ψηλά κοντάρια με ασημένιο ή χρυσό σταυρό στην κορυφή, που φέρουν πολύχρωμες σημαίες. Πρόκειται για αφιερώματα συντεχνιών και ναυτικών οικογενειών, τα οποία συμμετέχουν με καθορισμένη ιεροτελεστία στον καθαγιασμό των υδάτων στο Λιτόχωρο. Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε 2ώροφη οικοδομή όπου στον 1ο όροφο βρίσκεται το διαμέρισμα First View Apartment και στον 2ο όροφο το Top View Apartment. Top View Apartment combines quiet hospitality in the most central part of town. The apartment is located on a 2-storey building where First View Apartment is located on the 1st floor and Top View Apartment on the 2nd floor.

Rich nature surrounds the house in this quiet area making the area proper for nature lovers. There are campings in the area with organised beaches restaurants and mini-markets close to the house. Κaterini,Dion and Litohoro are 15 minutes far by car. Our area is beautiful as it combines mountain and sea. It worths visiting it!

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε πολύ ήσυχη γειτονιά και απέχει περίπου 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο του Λιτοχώρου. Είναι ένα διαμέρισμα 42 τ.μ. , πολύ φωτεινό,με μπαλκόνι με θέα σε βουνό, με άνετους χώρους που μπορεί να φιλοξενήσει εως 3 άτομα. Ιδανικό για ζευγάρια.Διαθέτει ζεστό νερό όλο το εικοσιτετράωρο, αυτόνομο σύστημα θέρμανσης,κλινοσκεπάσματα, πετσέτες και μια πλήρως εξοπλισμένη κουζίνα.Η θάλασσα απέχει περίπου 10 λεπτά με το αυτοκίνητο.
