Welcome to Penlan Farm Cottage, situated on a small holding with its own woodland walk. Take in the stunning scenery with its panoramic views. This single storey 2 bedroom cottage gives you a great base to plan your holiday from. Explore the countryside, coastal path, beaches and many local tourist attractions. Penlan Farm Cottage overlooks an agriculture area. It is just north of the small town of St. Clears. Carmarthen is 10 miles to the east, with a modern shopping centre, 3D Cinema, Xcel Bowl, cafes, restaurants and market. Just a short drive away is Pendine with its vast sandy beach and horse riding. The picturesque bay of Carmarthen has sandy beaches with rock pools and also busy seaside tourist resorts such as Saundersfoot and Tenby. There are many attractions in the area, including, outdoor adventure centres, theme parks, farms, woollen mill, pottery, boat trips, botanic gardens, zoo, castles, and a whole lot more! Beautiful farm cottage near the coast, with stunning mountain views. Enjoy peace and quiet in an unspoilt landscape, yet just a short walk from the historic village of Nevern, with its ancient church and traditional pub. Nearby Newport has cafes, restaurants and galleries and is only a 5 minute drive away, as is the famous Pembrokeshire coast path. Sandy beaches, secluded coves, woodland and mountain walks are all within easy reach. A perfect retreat for a couple wanting to get away from it all.

Cosy Log Cabin

Lovely, tranquil retreat on the road to Llansteffan, three miles from Carmarthen. The log cabin is at the far end of a large lily pond within the grounds of our three-acre garden. Features include a log burner, fluffy bathrobes, slippers and towels, DVD library, large box of games, private deck and garden area overlooking the pond, BBQ and outdoor lighting. NB: the Cosy Cabin does not have WiFi. It is not suitable for children under the age of 12 because of the log burner and the large pond.

A wood burning stove with one basket supplied! It was the Old Taylor's shop back in the days making clothes from cloth made in next doors Old Mill ! The cottage is overlooking a stone bridge and small river on the Carmarthenshire/Pembrokeshire border. We are happy to welcome well behaved dogs to the cottage: The perfect base to be in nature, walk, cycle and explore the many scenic areas of this beautiful part of West Wales. The cottage was built in the 1800's and is a traditional, stone cottage.
