La riserva naturale Point of Ayr si trova a 5 minuti, mentre le dune di sabbia e il faro di Talacre e Prestatyn si trovano più avanti lungo la costa. È stato completamente ristrutturato, completato alla fine del 2019 pronto per la stagione 2020. Può ospitare 6 persone in 3 camere matrimoniali disposte su due piani. Ci sono 3 bagni, una grande cucina/zona pranzo a pianta aperta, un ampio salotto e una lavanderia. All'esterno c'è una zona patio sul retro e una zona cortile sul davanti con posti a sedere. C'è anche un ampio parcheggio.
