Welcome! The house is situated by the foot of internationally famous "Hammars Backar" , some 15 km east off medieval town of Ystad. Between the house and the sea it´s only about 300 meters of untouched nature ( the whole area is a Nature Reserve)! Cows rule! The house is very big, and hosts an architectual practice as well as the spacious living area. However, the office is closed during the summer, and you´ll get the house and garden all to yourselves. The village Hammar is very small and peaceful, a perfect spot for a relaxing family vacation. Livingroom with sofabed and TV. Sleeping room 1. with 3 beds, sleeping room 2. with a double bed. Fyledalen-Nature Reserve and Bird Watcher Paradise

This is a remote place for nature lovers or to stress down! Situated in the middle of a nature reserve, the guest house is at the edge of a forest and offers a view into the valley. You can experience the sound of silence, the whistle of birds of pray and the cry of the owl at night. The reserve is known for its large variety of wild life including eagles and some rare frog species. At night the stars are visible from your window. The nearest shop is 7 km away, 2 km to the next bus station.

Own apartment on our farm in Hagestad village on the countryside. Built in 1850, completely renovated July 2019. Self-catering. Fully equipped kitchen. Towels and sheets included. Garden with barbecue. 3 km to supermarket, pharmacy, health center etc. To Malmö and Copenhagen just over an hour's journey. 6 km to white miles of beaches. Art, culture and foodexperiences beyond the ordinary around the corner.

The house is 75sqm with kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, bathroom, glassed-in, insulated porch with separate study corner, located on a 1500sqm detached forest plot, with a private access road. Outside the veranda is a spacious wooden deck. The tap water tastes good and is of very good quality. A wood-burning sauna is in a separate sauna cabin. It is not allowed to smoke indoors or bring pets.

Little House is renovated with ecological materials and located in a quiet village near Ystad, in-between two golf courses. Close to family-friendly activities, restaurants, art, nightlife. 5 km to beach/outdoor pool. Across the street there is a playground with swings, slides, trampoline and grill. Fishing license possible. Access to bicycles. Longer stay gives some discount, send inquiry.

Stuga på 64kvm ett stenkast ifrån Östersjön. Perfekt för familjen med två vuxna och 2-3 barn. Badrum, kök, allrum och ett sovrum med dubbelsäng och våningssäng anpassad för barn. Det finns en utdragssäng i vardagsrummet. Där finns tv men inga kanaler. Men en Chromecast finns för streaming. Inhägnad tomt. Stugan lämnas i samma skick som vid ankomst. Dammsugare, mopp och städartiklar finns.
