Private Guest-House in the Redwoods

Our custom built guesthouse was completed in 2016. It is situated on 5 redwood-covered acres, 10 minutes south of Los Gatos and 20 minutes from Santa Cruz. We have easy access to hiking and biking trails, world-class wine-tasting, microbreweries, shops, amazing dining, and more! There is something for everyone in our area! We are surrounded by a 35 acre tree farm, so it's very private, yet close to the silicon valley! Our property has a standby generator so we are not affected by power outages.

Don’s Comfy Stay

This rental is ONE bedroom, for 2 guests (4 guests max if two can share a bed in room and two others share sofa bed in living room). The entire unit is on the second floor, and is a 2-bedroom/1-bath condo in Snell and Blossom Hill area of South San Jose. Condo community is patrolled by security. PLEASE BE AWARE THAT THIS RENTAL IS FOR 1 BEDROOM ONLY. PROPERTY IS SHARED WITH MYSELF, I AM THE OWNER. I am fully vaccinated and take care in cleaning/disinfecting regularly between all reservations.

Enchanted Room in Artist Sanctuary by the Beach

This is a sunny, restful retreat in an art-filled home with a warm energy. The house is a block and a half from the beach so the air is restorative and depending on the tide, you’ll sleep to the sound of waves. The bed is a comfy queen with a hypoallergenic memory foam mattress. There's mineral water in your room, and organic French pressed coffee & teas available in the morning. The kitchen is an art studio so it's not great for cooking. I have a nice cat. There's also free, easy parking!

Or stay in to relax on our peaceful country acreage and, if not previously rented by a private party, take a leisurely swim in the pool. At night stargaze from the Jacuzzi or roast smores over the outdoor firepit. If you are needing an easy commute to San Jose, it is just 15 minutes away. Whatever your desires, you are welcome here.

Utilize plenty of free safe street parking. But parking on drive way with host permission is $10 per day or night, but without host permission is $25 for the same and must park close to the sidewalk towards the wall and not blocking driveway. However, if you don’t park it close to the wall and completely block the driveway then you will be charged $25 even if you park with the permission and $50 if you block the driveway without taking the permission from the host.

We are in a safe community. There are many restaurants and shops around, very convenient. This room is Twin bed for single. There is a small bed . Shared bathroom with another bedroom. In the shared living room with sofas, dining table and chairs, large refrigerator, microwave, basic tableware, coffee machine. There is no kitchen, you can simply heat the food in the living room and wash the tableware in the outdoor sink in the front yard. No kitchen.
