Il cottage si trova a circa20 minuti dal centro di Kansas City e a 15 minuti dal Kaufman e dall'Arrowhead Stadium. Questo fienile del latte del 1900, ristrutturato di recente, è unico e speciale, con un sacco di fascino, con alcune delle comodità moderne.
