Welcome to this new, bright, and inviting holiday home located in a newer scenic area in Lønstrup—perfect for a relaxing holiday where you can enjoy nature from the terrace or the hot tub. The house accommodates 8 people and offers a lovely atmosphere with plenty of natural light and high ceilings. It’s an ideal place for a large family or two smaller families.  This summer house in the beautiful coastal town of Lønstrup is situated in a scenic area, surrounded by raw nature as far as the eye can see. Inside, you’ll find a combined dining and living room, open to the kitchen—a perfect gathering point with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings, giving the space a spacious and airy feel without compromising acoustics. The house has three lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with family bunk beds. Additionally, there are two lofts, one of which is equipped with a good mattress, providing extra sleeping space. The house also features a spacious bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Here, you’ll find everything you need for a worry-free holiday. The heat pump, with underfloor heating throughout the house, ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round, and the electric car charging station takes care of all practical needs. In the evening, you can retreat under the covered terrace and enjoy the warm summer evening, even as the dew begins to fall. From the terrace, you have direct access to the hot tub and outdoor shower. From the hot tub, you can enjoy the secluded nature, and perhaps a deer or pheasant will stop by in search of food. Next to the hot tub, there is a cozy fire pit, perfect for campfires, songs, and roasting marshmallows as night falls. Please note that the holiday home is located on a natural plot, and therefore the grass around the house will not be mowed.   Activities and Experiences in the Area Lønstrup is a charming holiday home area with activities and experiences for all ages. Con la foresta come un vicino e proprio dove iniziano le dune dell'entroterra, questa casa progettata da un architetto del 2005 invita alla tranquillità e al divertimento. Le ampie sezioni di vetro della casa creano un paesaggio pittoresco in cui le nuvole attraversano il cielo e disegnano il tramonto nella casa. La casa vacanze è appartata e di per sé ma allo stesso tempo a soli 2 km dalla spiaggia di Nørlev, 3 km dallo Skallerup Seaside Resort e 6 km da Lønstrup. A sud c'è la vista delle dune interne di Skallerup e a ovest la vista sul mare.

Sdraiatevi e rilassatevi in questa casa tranquilla ed elegante. La casa si trova nel nostro cortile vicino alla bella Lønstrup. In questo splendido ambiente rurale e aperto, il sole del mattino dà il benvenuto alla giornata e la vista sui campi è assolutamente incantevole sia al mattino che alla sera. Abbiamo un cane e un gatto che vanno in giro liberamente - sono curiosi e amano chiacchierare. La città, la spiaggia, i deliziosi ristoranti e i bellissimi oggetti d'artigianato sono a breve distanza. Non vediamo l'ora di darti il benvenuto!

La casa vacanze, che si trova in prima fila sul Mare del Nord a nord di Lønstrup, è estremamente ben arredata con vista sul mare su 3 lati della casa. Ci sono circa 40 mq di terrazza intorno alla casa, dove c'è abbondanza di opportunità per trovare riparo. Ci sono circa 900 metri a Lønstrup By sul sentiero lungo l'acqua e fantastiche spiagge a pochi minuti a piedi. Lønstrup è conosciuta come lille-skagen per le sue numerose gallerie e la sua atmosfera. Ci sono buone opportunità di shopping e un ambiente da caffè.

Nyrenoveret og eksklusivt sommerhus på 100 m² i lækker kvalitet, velegnet til ophold året rundt. Huset ligger kystnært på en stor privat grund med 5 solrige terrasser. Huset der indbyder til hygge og afslapning, ligger kun få minutters gang til havet og de mange smukke solnedgange. Huset byder endvidere på et lækkert udendørs wellnessområde med sauna (6-8 personer) og spabad (4+1 personer). Et dejligt fredeligt hus med god plads. Huset er renoveret i 2024/2025 og fremstår stort set som nyt.

Hytterne ligger midt i Lønstrup centrum, dog fortrukket fra hovedgaden, så der er mulighed for ro og romantiske stunder. Lønstrup en kunstner by med mange små gallerier og lækre restauranter. inkl Sengelinned, håndklæder, strøm og rengøring. Der er to store toiletter til de 3 hytter blot 8-15 meter væk

L'entusiasmante storia della casa risale al 1920, quando si chiamava Blånæs, ispirato al tumulo di argilla "Den Blå Næse" a nord della proprietà.
