It’s an ideal place for a large family or two smaller families.  This summer house in the beautiful coastal town of Lønstrup is situated in a scenic area, surrounded by raw nature as far as the eye can see. Inside, you’ll find a combined dining and living room, open to the kitchen—a perfect gathering point with lots of natural light and vaulted ceilings, giving the space a spacious and airy feel without compromising acoustics. The house has three lovely bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with family bunk beds. Additionally, there are two lofts, one of which is equipped with a good mattress, providing extra sleeping space. The house also features a spacious bathroom and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Here, you’ll find everything you need for a worry-free holiday. The heat pump, with underfloor heating throughout the house, ensures a comfortable indoor climate year-round, and the electric car charging station takes care of all practical needs. From the terrace, you have direct access to the hot tub and outdoor shower. From the hot tub, you can enjoy the secluded nature, and perhaps a deer or pheasant will stop by in search of food. Next to the hot tub, there is a cozy fire pit, perfect for campfires, songs, and roasting marshmallows as night falls. La casa vacanze è appartata e di per sé ma allo stesso tempo a soli 2 km dalla spiaggia di Nørlev, 3 km dallo Skallerup Seaside Resort e 6 km da Lønstrup. A sud c'è la vista delle dune interne di Skallerup e a ovest la vista sul mare.

La casa è di alta qualità ed è utilizzabile tutto l'anno. La ciliegina sulla torta è il delizioso edificio della piscina con vasca idromassaggio e vista sul Mare del Nord. La posizione è superba - proprio in riva al mare e spiaggia, che si può raggiungere con una passeggiata fresca. È anche possibile raggiungere a piedi il Faro di Rubjerg Knude, dal quale si ha una bella vista dalla casa e dal parco. È anche facile raggiungere la località balneare di Lønstrup per fare shopping. Ha anche una bella selezione di ristoranti e boutique.

Hytterne ligger midt i Lønstrup centrum, dog fortrukket fra hovedgaden, så der er mulighed for ro og romantiske stunder. Lønstrup en kunstner by med mange små gallerier og lækre restauranter. inkl Sengelinned, håndklæder, strøm og rengøring. Der er to store toiletter til de 3 hytter blot 8-15 meter væk

Huset byder endvidere på et lækkert udendørs wellnessområde med sauna (6-8 personer) og spabad (4+1 personer). Et dejligt fredeligt hus med god plads. Huset er renoveret i 2025 og fremstår stort set som nyt.

In trono su una duna, la casa si erge completamente da sola e proprio accanto alla spiaggia, e l'architettura trasuda eccesso, qualità e finezza. L'entusiasmante storia della casa risale al 1920, quando si chiamava Blånæs, ispirato al tumulo di argilla "Den Blå Næse" a nord della proprietà.
