Located in the heart of the Frankton Flats area 25 minutes walk to the airport, close to restaurants and shopping. Views are to mountains whilst being adjacent to the commercial district. Situated between Coronet Peak and Remarkables this is ideal for ski trips to Queenstown. Enjoy a super-king size bed or this can be split to be two singles. For warm days and evenings, there is a small terrace to enjoy. NB there is currently construction underway across the road 7am-6pm. No onsite parking.

Being so close to the Shotover River and The Queenstown Bike Trail, you can also bike to the Gibbston Valley wineries, Queenstown, or Arrowtown easily.

Airport is a 5 minute drive, food/shops are a 2 min drive away and we are only 10-15 min from downtown Queenstown. Henrietta's Hut is a delightfully whimsical, traditional styled Shepherds Hut, named after a previous owner of our Heritage Property where the wagon now resides. Henrietta, once lived at this very address and grew lavender and flowers in the garden to make soaps and lotions. Conveniently located between Queenstown & Arrowtown, this is the perfect base to retreat back too after exploring everything the adventure capital of the world has on offer.

A self contained studio with queen sized bed, living area, kitchen & ensuite. A new build, this is a warm and cosy space in a private garden setting with spectacular mountain views and easy access to walks and trails in the Lower Shotover area. We are located 5 minutes from bus stop and a leisurely 10 min stroll to shops (supermarket, restaurants, cafes, etc). Hosts live on site and are happy to share their local knowledge.
