This private guest suite is nestled in a quiet neighborhood adjacent to a small, yet serene, ornamental lake. The Villa is only a half a mile from Loop 289 and is a quick, convenient drive to anywhere in Lubbock. Clean, Comfortable, Next to park, 2 min from Tech

This home is located directly across the street from a large park with jogging trail. It is, literally, within 2 min of Texas Tech University. It has one large new sofa, new appliances, 65’ tv in two of the rooms and the living room, a 32’ tv in the dining room area. Plenty of closet and dresser space and new floors and carpet and washer and dryer. Extremely close to the United Spirit Arena, and Jones Stadium and 1 min from UMC. Decent sized backyard, with driveway parking.
