Our guest apartment is a peaceful, bright, private space with undercover parking and entry from the carport. Situated in a quiet street in walking distance from Wentworth Falls Lake, and easy drive to all the main sights of the Blue Mountains. We have a luxury bathroom with a fabulous shower with a heated floor. There are also comfy chairs in the sitting room/ kitchenette. Reverse cycle air conditioning will keep you warm in winter and cool in summer. We welcome anyone who would like to visit.

The tiny house is nestled safely on the edge of a ridge where day & night, spectacular uninterrupted views to the Sydney skyline can be enjoyed by you with magical sunrises and sunsets seen from your bed. During your stay you will be surrounded by nature.

Self contained guest suite with separate entrance located in the front of our family home. Dedicated parking spot in our driveway (monitored by a security camera). Room features a soft queen bed with luxury linen, ensuite bathroom with rain shower, massage chair, and private patio with outdoor bath. Pets allowed by agreement. See policy. 100 year old Railway Carriage

Comfortable but compact, set in beautiful bushland, owner's house closeby. 10 minutes from shops, restaurants and railway station. 50 minutes from Sydney Airport. Extra note: some guests have mentioned swimming in the George's River but this is not always advisable due to water quality . Also while there is an electric BBQ it is not always possible to light the open fire because of legal restrictions.

Orchard Cottage & Gardens

Orchard Cottage, set in beautiful private gardens in a quiet and exclusive street just 2 mins drive to Moss Vale CBD. It is part of an historic former farmhouse dating from 1917 and originally part of the 1000 acre Throsby Park Homestead, which can be viewed from the garden. The accommodation is extremely comfortable, warm in the winter, cool in the summer.

Tiny House at Foxground

Our Tiny House is tucked into a secluded corner of our 80 acre property, adjacent to the rainforest. It has a stunning view of the escarpment and abundant wildlife around. It is totally off-grid. It has it's own solar system, water tanks collecting roof water with filters, hot water with an outdoor bath, a self composting toilet (not smelly) and a firepit.
