Sorseggia un caffè su uno dei due ponti, fai un'escursione a Bradbury Mountain (a 3 minuti di distanza), fai shopping a Freeport (a 10 minuti di distanza) o cena a Portland (a 20 minuti di distanza), quindi torna al tuo accogliente rifugio sotto le stelle. Cucina completa, soffitti a volta, pavimenti riscaldanti, vialetto privato, focolare e vista tranquilla sulla foresta lo rendono il rifugio perfetto per tutto l'anno.

Seal Ledge: cottage sull'acqua con kayak

Bellissimo cottage situato letteralmente sul bordo dell'acqua, che ti fa sentire come se fossi su una barca (a parte il dondolio!). Goditi il sole e ammira il tramonto sulla terrazza privata, oppure scendi al molo e usa i nostri kayak per andare a trovare le foche che si aggirano sulle rocce in fondo alla baia per tutta l'estate. La grande sala con soffitto a cattedrale è tutta in vetro e si affaccia sull'acqua, quindi puoi godertela anche se fa troppo freddo per sederti fuori. A soli 15 minuti da Brunswick e in posizione centrale rispetto a tutto ciò che offre Harpswell!

Moss House: una moderna baita sul lungomare nel bosco

Presentata su VOGUE e Maine Home + Design, questa moderna baita artigianale offre una tranquilla vista sull'Atlantico, 45 metri di costa e un molo privato, perfetto per il caffè del mattino, per lanciare un kayak o per guardare le foche, gli uccelli marini e le barche di passaggio. Immerso tra alti pini, questo spazio calmo e composto fonde influenze nordiche e giapponesi. Interni in legno, pietra, intonaco di calce e cemento formano un rifugio radicato, silenziosamente espressivo e costruito in modo sostenibile. A 1 ora da Portland, ma un mondo a parte.

Birdwatching: il paradiso di Harpswell

Splendida nuovissima unità 1BR in law sopra il garage in una proprietà sul lungomare con un grande prato di 1,6 acri! È così tranquillo guardare fuori con le grandi finestre o semplicemente sorseggiare un drink e prendere un po' d'aria fresca sulla terrazza. Ammira l'animale selvatico che attraversa il prato, magari vedrai una volpe rossa, le anatre e i geek sono visitatori abituali:) Goditi anche i sentieri in legno del Maine e i sentieri della baia intorno, questo è davvero il luogo ideale per una vacanza e goderti la natura!
