Immersa in 50 acri di terreno agricolo, questa proprietà unica vanta 2 grandi laghi con barche a remi, kayak e splendidi giardini, abbondanza di fauna selvatica e un ambiente sereno e tranquillo. I padroni di casa, Ann e Kevin, vivono nella casa principale, a circa 100 metri dal cottage sul lago, e sono disponibili in caso di necessità, o possono essere molto discreti. Avrai libero accesso a tutta la proprietà, con belle passeggiate e animali da fattoria con cui interagire. La struttura si trova a 5 minuti da Hanging Rock e a 15 minuti da Kyneton e Woodend.

La nostra villa con due camere da letto si trova in un blocco di 5 ville. Si trova a circa 10 minuti in auto dal centro di Bacchus Marsh. Si trova a 45 minuti da Daylesford, Ballarat e Geelong o dalla città di Melbourne. Quando entri nel corridoio e nell'area principale della nostra unità, irradia comfort e calore. Offre due camere da letto con letti matrimoniali; su richiesta, è disponibile un terzo letto singolo pieghevole. Il bagno offre vasca e doccia separata, e una spaziosa zona giorno e pranzo.

Foletti's Barn è un rifugio accogliente. Il luogo perfetto per fermarsi, rilassarsi e lasciarsi alle spalle la quotidianità per qualche giorno. Ci troviamo in città, a breve distanza da Victoria Park e a pochi minuti a piedi dal bellissimo lago Daylesford, a pochi passi dal centro per lo shopping e il cibo. Il fienile si trova sul retro della proprietà, con vista sugli alberi, e offre una splendida sensazione di intimità. Ti ricordiamo che Foletti's Barn non è adatto o sicuro per bambini o neonati.
