KT’s Cottage Tiny Home near the Suwannee River

KT’s Cottage is located just minutes outside the city limits of Historical Downtown Live Oak and the beautiful Suwannee River. If you are passing through for business or to enjoy the area, I hope you will find our cottage’s accommodations are more than satisfactory. There is a queen bed downstairs as well as a queen in the loft, with plenty of extra pillows and blankets for your comfort. Coffee, tea & bottled water are included. Enjoy grilling while relaxing in the swing or sitting by a campfire

A-frame near Madison Blue Springs

Get away from it all when you stay under the stars. Our A-frame Hobbit House is cozy and dry and sleeps 2 . The Aframe has electricity and AC in the summer months and heater for the cooler months. There is an outdoor bathhouse that is shared with the other people on the property. Outside, there is a picnic table, chairs, gas grill with burner, and firepit. You are welcome to use the firewood found on our property. Please note we have two very friendly golden retrievers and chickens on property.

This one bedroom apartment is located in the back of an early 1900's house. Private entrance, hardwood floors, high ceilings, large kitchen and living space, full bathroom, bedroom with walk in closet. WiFi, Washer/Dryer, and dishwasher. This property is perfect for travel professionals. 30 min. to SGMC, and 30 min. to Archibold in Thomasville, 5 min. or less from Brooks Co. hospital and Presbyterian nursing home. Remote cozy cabin-Two riverfront acres, 2 solo kayaks + 1 tandem for use with waiver. Private walk 500 ft through woods path to the riverfront. The well water is sulfur and tanic, so please bring drinking water! Sleeping loft for two more guests upstairs. Springs galore in this section of the Suwannee. Diver's paradise, "Peacock Springs" network is a short drive. Springs map provided. Conditions vary with river. It is advised to check with your host a week prior.

In the heart of Florida's cave diving region. Located right on the Suwannee River. Near by attractions; Royal Spring with Boat Ramp; 4 miles; Little River Spring; 8 miles;Troy Spring; 17 miles; Blue Hole Spring; 20 miles; Ichetucknee Spring; 22 miles; . As of now, the dock and stairs going down to the river are under re-construction. But can still get down to the river. I have 3 large dogs, let me know when you might arrive. So I can have them inside.
