Nos encontraremos en el centro de Málaga y nos dirigiremos en la furgoneta hacia el embalse del Conde del Guadalhorce. Por el Camino cruzaremos el valle del río Guadalhorce, un valle singular de Málaga especializado en plantaciones de cítricos, naranjos y limoneros. Ascenderemos la sierra de Alcaparain y cruzaremos varios pueblos blancos. Desde el Pantano, empezaremos la ruta de senderismo de unos 8 kms cruzando un túnel excavado bajo la roca hasta la entrada del Caminito del Rey. Descubriremos la geología del Parque Natural, la flora y fauna del parque, su singular paisaje y historia y tradiciones locales. Pararemos en las zonas más expectaculares para admirar los desfiladeros y tomar fotos. Al final de la excursión tomaremos el autobús lanzadera del Parque Natural que nos llevará al punto inicial de la ruta. La ruta a pie es de 3 horas. No hay peligro ni grandes subidas, es un sendero muy fácil. SI VIENE EN TEMPORADA BAJA PUEDO OFRECER UN DESCUENTO. SI QUIERE SER RECOGIDO EN SU ALOJAMIENTO Y DEVUELTO PODEMOS ACORDAR UN PRECIO EN BASE A SU DISTANCIA AL CENTRO DE MÁLAGA. Caminito del Rey Recogida en bus en un punto determinado Conoceremos de primera mano el Caminito del Rey, que consta de 7,7 kilómetros entre pasarelas y senderos cruzando al final del recorrido por un puente colgante con 105 metros de altura situado sobre el Desfiladero de los Gaitanes. Descubriremos la historia de su construcción y disfrutaremos de las vistas tan impresionantes. Excursión al Caminito del Rey con guía local. *Idiomas: Inglés/ Español. Nos uniremos con otro clientes y haremos la visita guiada dentro del caminito.

Wir treffen uns an der Plaza de la Constitución, einem der schönsten Plätze in Málaga. Von dort tauchen wir aber sofort in die kleinen, verwinkelten Gässchen der Altstadt ein, die Málaga ihren besonderen Charm verleihen und bewegen uns hauptsächlich abseits der großen Touristenströme. Wir besuchen dann nacheinander die interessantesten 7 Second Hand/Vintage Läden Málagas, in denen es jede Menge tolle und ausgefallener Sachen gibt, teils europäischer, teils amerikanischer Herkunft. Der reine Laufweg beträgt etwa 1,5 km. Je nach Gruppengröße dauert das 2 - 3 Stunden. Bei kleinen Gruppen bleibt auch noch Zeit, andere interessante und auf dem Weg liegende Geschäfte und Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besuchen.

A wholesome yoga class on the beach. We start with aromatherapy, indulging in natural smells of essential oils, preparing the body & mind for the practice. Including initial breathing exercise (pranayama) followed with asanas, combining hatha, vinyasa and yin yoga elements, ending with a guided mediation and a sound bath. 
 The class is focused on improving health in a holistic way and turn the focus inwards to find deep state of relaxation and nourish the body mind and soul inside out.

After the class we can enjoy beautiful sunset on the beach and swim in the sea. (optional) Don't forget to bring a yoga mat or a towel. I have some extra yoga mats and some towels in case you forget your own :) Just request them from me at least 2h before class.
