The Goose House

The Goose House is a private one bedroom cottage in the grounds of Brook Cottage, a small holding, which originates from the 17 th century. It is situated in an 'Area of outstanding natural beauty' and the delightful Leigh Brook runs through the grounds. It has gated access and plenty of parking. It has been renovated in 2024 and offers a comfortable stay. A welcome pack includes local fresh eggs, homemade jam and fresh coffee that we roast ourselves. We have super fast broad band too.

The Deer Leap is a beautiful, log cabin situated on our working farm beside our private woodland, which you have direct access to , overlooking one of our 3 lakes. The perfect tranquil getaway. Guests can explore our private grounds or take advantage of the many local footpaths, bridlepaths and village pubs in the area. The Woodland and Lakes host Wild deer, Hare, Buzzard, Kite and a wide range of water fowl. We offer livery for guests horses if required.. SORRY NO FISHING OR WIFI

Minnow Cottage is a beautiful 200 year old Cotswold cottage set on a little stream in the charming and quirky village of Chalford . Although petite in stature, the cottage oozes character with low ceilings and beams and has all the qualities needed if you are looking for a rural retreat or romantic break. There is a village shop and cafe all within a few minutes walk. The property has its own parking and all the amenities to make it a great base from which to explore the Cotswolds.

The Woodshed

We are located in the countryside but within easy reach of Cheltenham, Stratford-on-Avon, the Cotswolds, the Malverns and Worcester. We are a working farm at the foot of Bredon Hill, just over one mile from the local village which has a great pub. There are many great walks and cycle routes around and we also have a large pond which is great for fishing in or relaxing by. The Woodshed is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with children).

With two en-suite bedrooms, featuring either twin or king-sized beds, our cottage is perfect for friends and family alike. Malt House Cottage is a detached two bedroomed retreat full of character. It's riverside position makes it very peaceful and it is only a 5 min walk from the pretty town of Upton-upon Severn. Accommodation is split over first and second floors, two big bedrooms, two shower rooms, 1 with a bath, an open plan kitchen / dining / living room (with sofa bed) and large balcony overlooking the River Severn.
