V bytě se nachází velká a malá ložnice plus obývací pokoj s rozkládací pohovkou. Byt je situován v klidné části města, jen několik minut pěšky od kolonády s léčivými prameny, ale zároveň pár metrů od lesoparku. Lokalita je tak ideální pro poznávání města UNESCO i krásné přírody.
