Appartamento 3B con due camere da letto, ciascuna con letto matrimoniale, un divano letto matrimoniale estraibile e due bagni completi A pochi passi da molti negozi, tra cui Bestsellers, la nostra libreria che serve caffè espresso, birra, vino e cocktail. E The Vault Deli, che offre panini gourmet. L'edificio è stato costruito nel 1870 e ristrutturato nel 2016 per uso residenziale, con pavimenti in legno massello e piastrelle, piano di lavoro in granito e aria condizionata.

Ma quello che chiamiamo un investimento, chiamerai la parte migliore del tuo viaggio.

Piani di lavoro in quarzo, pavimenti riscaldati in bagno, sauna a infrarossi per 2 persone con audio Bluetooth integrato, vasca da bagno da 350 litri, doccia separata con soffione, lavatrice/asciugatrice tutto in uno, frigorifero con porta francese e incantevoli pavimenti in legno nuovi. Semplicemente la posizione migliore della zona. Fronte lago e a pochi passi da ristoranti, bar, vela, sentieri naturalistici e pagaia.

Enjoy the sunny lounge and hotel style kitchenette. Approx 1,000 sqft living space, you'll have plenty of room to work, relax, or enjoy your time here in comfort.

Cozy private garden-level apartment within our home. Queen bed, futon, and full bath with amenities. Your kitchen has everything you need to make a nice meal. 2 miles to MSU, 20 min to Sparrow/Capitol, 10 min to Lake Lansing. The backyard is absolutely breathtaking with a swimming pool and outdoor seating for you to enjoy. Dining options, the best groceries, and public transportation are all walking distance! We live upstairs with our cairn terrier and cat and will be sharing the yard with you.
