Our clean and cozy space is a few short steps to beautiful downtown Huntsville; all the while, being on a quiet, dead end street. A short drive to Arrowhead Park where we will provide the visitors pass, along with skates and snowshoes for skating on their outdoor fire lit skating trail (weather dependent ) and exploring the park. Experience slow living, or fill your calendar, or both!!!

The Green House

Nestled at the bottom of a classic Muskoka rock cut, surrounded by natural beauty. With 7.5 acres, there is plenty of space to relax and explore. Direct access to Lake Vernon and our dock to enjoy the tranquil waters + breathtaking views is a two minute walk. Nature enthusiasts will be delighted by the proximity to Arrowhead and Algonquin Parks. These iconic parks offer a load of activities, hiking, biking + wildlife watching. Our dock, chairs and water toys have been stored for winter.

The Upper Deck

Your home away from home. Plus the view from the deck is absolutely spectacular! The lake is sandy and shallow, perfect for lounging and water activities. The large front dock features cooler tables and Adirondack chairs. We also have a boat launch and parking for your boat at our back dock. Our brick fire pit is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The newly renovated loft is spacious, cozy and clean. We have installed an RO system in the kitchen for delicious drinking water.

Large, bright, fully-equipped, completely private, climate-friendly, 1200 square foot open-plan apartment. The balcony overlooks a quiet bay of lovely Lake Vernon, and there is a child bed and queen sized sofa bed in the living room. Very high speed internet. Be the sole users of 425’ of lakeshore and bonfires, sit on the dock over the water, canoe or kayak, fish, swim, and enjoy the water trampoline and slide. This century home in downtown North Bay is in walking distance to Lake Nipissing waterfront boasting the best sunsets in Ontario. The suite has 2 bedrooms with a king bed and queen bed. A double futon is in the open concept kitchen that overlooks the indoor PRIVATE pool and hot tub. The pool is exclusive to guests using the suite. Tenants who live above do not have access to the suite, yard or pool. Enjoy the large yard with a deck, patio furniture and a BBQ.
