Siamo a 20 minuti a est dell'aeroporto di Austin e COTA, e a 30 minuti dal centro di Austin. Bastrop è a 15 minuti a est. Siamo a 3,2 km/4 minuti dall'inizio del sentiero del McKinney Roughs Nature Park (sentieri escursionistici/ciclabili/a cavallo lungo il fiume) e a 5 minuti dall'Hyatt Lost Pines Resort, utilizzando l'ingresso posteriore. I nostri oltre 8 ettari sono un tranquillo parco boschivo vicino alla fine di una strada senza uscita, con sentieri pedonali e ciclabili in loco.
