Little House On The Quarry

One of the earths truly unique places! Enjoy an experience with the ultra clear blue water of the quarry with fish, high rock cliffs, a raft, and a pedal boat. The cabin is a true log home built for guests to love. Relax on the covered porch with hot tub, rocking chairs, and amazing water views. Entertain yourselves with the arcade, satellite TV, WiFi, Rokus, and backyard games. Fire pit and park style grill are also in the backyard. Fire wood and coffee are provided. Pet friendly. Enjoy!

Grassy Valley, East Tennessee

Neatly situated in the foothills of the East Tennessee mountains, half-way between Knoxville and Chattanooga, this house feels away from it all without being away from it all. It rests on 59 acres in the shape of large football stadium, with a valley and pond for recreation, and short drives to whitewater rafting, underground caverns, scenic railroad rides and waterfall trails for mountain hiking and biking. Or simply sit and relax on deck overlooking the valley or around a campfire.

The Cottage at Acqua Dolce

The cottage at Acqua Dolce is an adorable studio located just behind our 1827 home in the historic district of Sweetwater. Our 3 acre property is wooded with many magnificent trees and a small creek making it a park-like setting while being in town. Great for visitors of all types with easy access to shopping, hiking, white water rafting, fishing and much more. We are near many destinations including, The Smokey Mountains, Tail of the Dragon, The Lost Sea and numerous wineries .

School bus conversion on peaceful homestead

Come recharge in our rustic converted school bus on our small homestead. Experience “off the grid” with limited cell service and composting toilet! We raise sheep, pigs, and chickens on our regenerative farm. A short drive to Etowah. We are tucked away down a long gravel driveway. There is a composting toilet inside and outdoor shower. The bus has a mini fridge and toaster oven. Folks over 6 feet tall will have to duck. Oven temporarily out of order. Very warm in summer!

Moonlight Ridge Resort

Moonlight Ridge Resort, located just outside Madisonville, TN, offers a tranquil getaway between Knoxville and Chattanooga. Enjoy coffee on the upper deck while your furry friend plays in the fenced yard. Nearby activities include Lost Sea Adventures, dining options, a winery just 10 minutes away, and fantastic hiking trails. The home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the upper level, with an unfinished basement. Ongoing upgrades are enhancing the property’s appeal.

The Barn Studio

Country style vacation setting complete with free range chickens and fresh eggs daily! Full kitchen, grill and fire pit area, seasonally heated pool, lighted gazebo and private hot tub available for use. Private, yet less than an hour to tourist attractions in Knoxville/Chattanooga) , motorcycle destinations (Dragons Tail, Cherohala Skyway) Ocoee & Hiwassee Rivers for kayaking and rafting. Only a little further to Dolly World and Gatlinburg amongst other day trips.

The Cottage

Before even stepping foot into the cottage be sure to take in beautiful mountain and rolling countryside views from the front porch. Continue inside and you'll be amazed at how spacious the tiny cottage truly is. Whatever has brought you here our hope is that you find this space equally relaxing and inspiring. We want to also make known that there is a gravel driveway. Low profile cars and motorcycles are not really recommended.

Providence Landing Guesthouse

Get away from everything with those you love. Down a long driveway away from traffic and busyness, you and your family can unwind here. There's a TV with streaming capability but no cable, WiFi, and plenty of room to spread out and relax. There's a fenced-in yard and children's playroom.
