Incantevole casa sopraelevata di 125 metri quadrati incastonata tra 2 grandi alberi di noci pecan. La casa è stata completamente ristrutturata, letteralmente da zero. Cucina moderna con elettrodomestici nuovi. Tutte e 3 le camere da letto sono dotate di ventilatori a soffitto, e la casa dispone di riscaldamento centralizzato e aria condizionata. Entrambi i bagni hanno specchi a doppia vanità e ampie cabine doccia. La casa è dotata di connessione Wi-Fi ad alta velocità e smart TV. Il cortile è completamente recintato, quindi è possibile portare un cane di taglia piccola o media con un piccolo supplemento. Vista sul lago dal nostro balcone.
