Situated a mile from Mendocino and less than five miles from State Parks, this is the perfect location to explore restaurants, shopping, galleries, hiking, mountain biking, canoeing, and kayaking. The cabin is small but adorable and has a full kitchenette, washer and dryer, queen-sized bed, full-size bathroom, fully fenced yard, BBQ, fire pit, and picnic table. The property location is situated close to the town of Mendocino, approximately 4 miles directly east of town. It is a separate guesthouse from the main farmhouse. There are numerous trees surrounding the cottage, providing privacy. The views are of open meadow, forest and apple orchard.
