Join the warm 'n cozy, peace-filled tranquility in the country. This little 'Yurtie' is one-ROUND room! It has a split unit for heating/cooling. We have a fence lawn and a pasture if needed. Yurt living is amazing- a dome for sky viewing. Bunk bed- double on bottom, twin on top. Hot running water for the kitchen sink along with full kitchen amenities awaits. The porch has amazing sunset views and adds to the outdoor dining space. We have a new shared shower house with toilet, sink, and shower!

This location is perfect for those seeking a unique place to stay while enjoying all the adventures available around the area including hiking trails, horseback riding, ATV riding, hunting, and some of the best mountain biking around. There is beautiful aspen covered,alpine high country nearby as well as red rock desert/ formations including a series of natural arches.

The Orchard House

**A devastating freeze in October 2020 killed all 400 of our sweet cherry trees and many of our peach trees. Sadly, our orchard is not the lush green jewel it once was. We are planting new cherry trees in the Spring of 2022. While the orchard views have changed, the Orchard House continues to offer a very comfortable place to rest and recharge. Come enjoy fresh air and quiet whether you are stopping through on a road trip or staying longer for local adventure. Fast WiFi for telecommuting!

The place sleeps 5 adults, has a master bedroom with it’s own entrance, solid door and bunkhouse floor plan. Appointed to turn out any kind of meal, and BBQ a as well as BBQ utensils are available. There is ample parking and a culdesac. It's fisherman friendly with a turn around driveway to accommodate dories or rafts. The valley is known for its orchards, wineries and vineyards. Explore the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. If you like getting away to a peaceful and quiet retreat, this is the place for you.
