Quiet top floor flat, five minutes from the Metro. Very convenient for the Universities and just a short walk from Wylam Brewery.🍻 No cleaning fee, free parking. Not suitable for children or for people who make a lot of noise. Definitely no parties. Please respect the other people who live in this building - especially at night! Although there is no outdoor space at my home, there is the beautiful newly refurbished North Marine Park, which is literally over the road and five minutes walk to the stunning beach, with fabulous views of the pier's where you can sit and watch ships, liners and yachts sailing on the river Tyne with Tynemouth Priory in the distance.

Swinburne Castle

Swinburne Castle is perfectly situated within its own beautiful parkland and gardens. Traditionally decorated, parts of the house have tremendous history dating back to the 12th century. The east wing is extremely comfortable and private, and don't be perturbed by the stone steps leading down to the vaulted cellar. In the mornings you can look forward to a delicious breakfast in the formal dining room. There is ample parking and a tennis court you are welcome to use.
