Durante l'esperienza offriremo il vino che produco nella mia fattoria biologica, prodotto con metodo naturale e proveniente da antichi vitigni toscani. Dopo aver preparato la pasta, apparecchieremo la tavola e mangeremo tutti assieme come una famiglia italiana. Per finire, degusteremo anche un delizioso dessert al cioccolato prima di consegnarvi un ricettario con i nostri segreti. Ti mostreremo ogni segreto per ottenere un impasto strepitoso come in un ristorante stellato Michelin. Imparo tutto da mia nonna, vera pastaia dell'Emilia Romagna (città di Bologna). Dopo tante esperienze in ristoranti stellati Michelin come chef, decido di aprire la mia esperienza su Airbnb per condividere la mia passione per la pasta. Inizieremo con una piccola introduzione agli ingredienti, dopodiché faremo l'impasto e sarai in grado di preparare la tua pasta da zero! Ti insegnerò alcuni diversi tipi di formati di pasta come -Tortelli -Tagliatelle -Fettuccine e molto altro :) Una meravigliosa esperienza sulla magica parola di pasta. Visiteremo la storica macelleria dove verrete travolti dal gusto, assaggiando i loro prodotti. Come conclusione perfetta del tour, verrai accompagnato in un bar locale frequentato da gente del posto, con una splendida vista sulla valle, dove ti godrai un aperitivo italiano sulla loro spettacolare terrazza, prima di tornare a Firenze. Altre cose da tenere a mente Abbigliamento: vestiti comodamente / adeguatamente per le condizioni metereologiche. Verremo a prendervi con il van dal centro di Firenze per portarvi al nostro ranch (circa 30 minuti in auto). All'arrivo una delle nostre guide esperte ti accoglierà e inizierà a darti alcuni consigli su come cavalcare i nostri cavalli. Non preoccuparti se sei un principiante assoluto, ci prenderemo un po' di tempo per assicurarci che tu abbia le basi prima di incontrare il tuo cavallo. I nostri cavalli sono molto amichevoli e calmi e avrai un po' di tempo per esercitarti prima di uscire. Quando sarai pronto per partire, inizierà il tuo tour a cavallo in campagna. Il giro all'esterno durerà circa 1 ora in cui sarai circondato da ulivi, vigneti, tipiche case di campagna toscane e campi colorati. Durante la passeggiata ci saranno 2 guide esperte pronte ad assisterti e rispondere alle tue domande. Termineremo la passeggiata di ritorno al nostro Ranch. Dopo aver scattato alcune foto, ti aiuteremo a scendere da cavallo e ti porteremo alla Villa con nostro van (circa 3 min di auto) dove potrai continuare con l'esperienza. Il personale della Villa vi accoglierà e il vostro tour proseguirà con una visita al piccolo museo della villa e alle sue cantine. Il tour si conclude con la degustazione di quattro vini di Torre Cona abbinati ad un piatto di formaggi selezionati. Dopo la degustazione di vini, ti condurremo direttamente a Firenze (stesso luogo del punto d'incontro).

Our adventure begins at morning in Piazza della Calza in Florence at Bar d'angolo. We'll drive to our 12th-generation winery, Wich is not open to the public, in the gorgeous wine country of Chianti Classico DOCG Denomination of Controlled and Guaranteed Origin. Explore the farm with ours kinds pets like truffle dogs, cat, chickens and pig (prosciuttina) and winery whit the owner winemaker and learn about the history of this 12th-century artisanal winery. I hope to receive many wine lovers who want to have a unique wine and olive oil experience. Nella nostra fattoria assaggerai i nostri vini biologici e ne parleremo insieme, quindi mangeremo deliziosi cibi fatti in casa, formaggio e olio d'oliva biologici entrambi prodotti in loco: preparati a vivere in prima persona la natura e i suoi frutti più preziosi! We invite you to spend a relaxing day on our organic hilltop luxury farm in Tuscany, surrounded by vineyards and olive trees. For a day you will get away from the crowds, heat, noise and queues. Enjoy a day of nature, incredible views, friendly people, great food and wine! Our experience starts in Florence Santa Maria Novella Central Station where you will meet and we will help you buy the train tickets to San Miniato. The train ride to San Miniato will take 40 minutes. Upon arrival, we'll walk around the estate so you can see our vineyard and olive grown. We'll visit the gardens to gather ingredients for our lunch, which we'll prepare together. You'll find out how traditional Tuscan cuisine is simple, fresh, and delicious. Depending on the season, we might pick grapes, olives, wild asparagus, wild herbs, or even hunt for prized white truffles in autumn. During lunch we will taste our red and rosé wine together with our extra virgin cold pressed olive oil. After lunch you're welcome to kick back in the garden, take a swim in our 20 meters infinity pool filled with salted water (the pool is open form May to September), or stroll up to see a remote little church. Dopodiché potrai assaggiare l'olio d'oliva, ti delizieremo con un cortometraggio sulla nostra identità e sulla nostra missione, avrai la possibilità di compreare i vini ai prezzi di cantina o di ordinarli e spedirli a casa. 3 L'ultima parte è dedicata alla preparazione della pasta fresca fatta a mano. Alex ed Ester sono chef professionisti, insegnano i segreti per preparare spaghetti e ravioli! Naturalmente cucineremo e mangeremo assieme, al chiuso in inverno e all'aperto nelle giornate di sole. 4 - In estate è possibile salire su un simpatico carro agricolo, tirato da un vecchio trattore, che attraverserà filari di viti. We meet in piazza San Pier Maggiore, an historical sight, where we will buy seasonal products from a traditional vegetable stall. We will then move to the terrace where a breathtaking view of Florence awaits us. Sometimes, to spice up our cooking class, some fabulous Florence folks will join us, dishing out their local experiences with a pinch of anecdotes and a dash of suggestions on the coolest things to do! We will get our hands dirty and we’ll prepare an appetizer and we will prepare a fresh hand/home made egg and flour pasta (e.g. tagliatelle, pappardelle), and a fresh and sweet Tiramisù. The experience will end by enjoying our meal and the deserved results of the hard work together!! First, we'll take some minutes to take confidence with the engine of the e-bikes; you don't need to be particularly fit even if we'll cover hilly roads; the engine makes the effort for you. In a couple of minutes, we'll leave the city center to reach the countryside towards the south area of Florence. Through a nice bike path, we'll get to the most popular panoramic view over the city of Florence: Piazzale Michelangelo. From there, we can admire from the distance all the architectures of the city. With the use of the electric engine, in no time we'll be in the area of Arcetri, where the scenary is totally different: no tourists,olives groves, small vineyards, typical Tuscan countryside. I'll tell you something about our local products such as the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the wine. Electric bikes, nature, green colors, red poppies and birds cheeping are the context of this ride. After that you should choose 15 of your favorite photos (25 photos in private booking) for editing. In 12 hours will send cool edited photos back. I am making an Art and my eyes of view helps me to catch the natural moments with sincere, warm feelings. I am editing photos very naturally for not to lose true light and nativity. Besides these I am helping about posing and feeling relax in order to get beautiful photos. Knowing psychology helps me to make my guests feel comfortable, relax and positive during the photo shoot. This is a 2h outdoor historic walking, starts from the Basilica of Santa Croce (Meeting point) and continues towards the Brunelleschi's Dome. I will guide you through understanding how Florence dominated the world in the past centuries and enchanted it with its art and crafts. You will learn about its past through the fascinating biographies of its great citizens: Leonardo Da Vinci, Michelangelo, Dante, and many others, and with a special focus on the Medici Family that dominated the city for three centuries! Shooting people who dont know how to pose:) My photoshoot is a perfectly organised route, we will take a lot of different photos throughout the hour. All the locations convey the vibe and atmosphere of Florence and are completely personalised. I know all the hidden places of Florence for amazing pictures and have hight level of photography skills Programs: 1.Our starting point will be Piazzale Michelangelo, the most famous, and breathaking view of Florence to continue until San Miniato al Monte, the oldest church in Florence. You will get amazing panoramic photos with view of Florence and Duomo. OR 2.The program (on request for PRIVET groups only, avl only in the morning): Duomo, pz Repubblica, pz Signoria, Ponte Vecchio. Pay attention there are two options: Shared photoshoot (max 6 persons) or privet one. If You want only Your group (or You and Your partner) to be at the photoshoot You have to book the experience for PRIVET group and enter the number of persons. You will get all original photos same day and 30 edited photos/person by Your select. So, if You are a couple You will get all original photos and 60 edited photos by Your select, if You are a family of 5 You will get 150 edited photos etc. My experience is recommended to: couples, families and friends. Scoprire il Chianti è un'esperienza unica e deliziosa, soprattutto se fatta con un esperto. Partecipando a questo tour, viaggerai attraverso paesaggi toscani mozzafiato, godendoti tipici vigneti e colline. Visiterai una piccola azienda vinicola locale a conduzione familiare, dove avrai la possibilità di conoscere i processi di produzione, visitare le cantine e degustare i loro vini, abbinati ai tradizionali antipasti toscani e all'olio extravergine di oliva. L'itinerario vi condurrà poi a Montefioralle, borgo medievale immerso nel cuore del Chianti: qui avrete l'impressione di trovarvi dentro un film, grazie alle dolci colline che lo circondano e alle stradine strettissime che creano un'atmosfera magica . Dopo questa visita, arriveremo a Greve in Chianti ("capitale" della zona vinicola del Chianti Classico) e ammireremo la sua piazza. Visiteremo la storica macelleria dove verrete travolti dal gusto, assaggiando i loro prodotti. Come conclusione perfetta del tour, verrai accompagnato in un bar locale frequentato da gente del posto, con una splendida vista sulla valle, dove ti godrai un aperitivo italiano sulla loro spettacolare terrazza, prima di tornare a Firenze. Altre cose da tenere a mente Abbigliamento: vestiti comodamente / adeguatamente per le condizioni metereologiche. Scarpe: non è consigliabile indossare i tacchi, soprattutto quelli sottili, durante le passeggiate, i vigneti e strade di ciottoli

First, we'll take some minutes to take confidence with the engine of the e-bikes; you don't need to be particularly fit even if we'll cover hilly roads; the engine makes the effort for you. In a couple of minutes, we'll leave the city center to reach the countryside towards the south area of Florence. Through a nice bike path, we'll get to the most popular panoramic view over the city of Florence: Piazzale Michelangelo. From there, we can admire from the distance all the architectures of the city. With the use of the electric engine, in no time we'll be in the area of Arcetri, where the scenary is totally different: no tourists,olives groves, small vineyards, typical Tuscan countryside. I'll tell you something about our local products such as the Extra Virgin Olive Oil and the wine. Electric bikes, nature, green colors, red poppies and birds cheeping are the context of this ride. Nel vicino "Quartiere Medievale" vi racconterò la storia di Dante Alighieri, il poeta che scrisse la Divina Commedia. Michelangelo, Donatello e Benvenuto Cellini sono altre grandi personalità che ci accompagneranno alla scoperta di Piazza della Signoria. Il Piazzale degli Uffizi e Ponte Vecchio saranno altre tappe importanti del nostro itinerario.
